The Chainsaw Carving Spectacular event in the North of North Ayrshire is entering its 7th year and will be held in the The Very New exhibition ground in Dalry Ayrshire just off the A737 in the excellent events venue created by Wilsons Auctions thanks to Gareth . The event features 14 carvers creating 28 or more carvings, all of which will be auctioned at the end of the day. Visitors can purchase carvings with cash or card payments. Profits from the event will support local community projects. Food and drinks will be available from various vendors.

The event, takes place on Saturday September 13th, 2025, includes community activities, family games, and locally sourced produce and food stalls. Interactive stalls and attractions for all ages will be present, offering opportunities to learn new skills. Community groups from the Garnock Valley will have activities, along with face painting, a children's tent, storytelling, wood carving workshops, outdoor woodland crafts, and games. Live music will be played at various times throughout the day. Those interested in having a stall can find the booking form in the "Stalls" section and are encouraged to get in touch soon.

Programme
8.00 – 9.00 – Breakfast for carvers and officials
9.45 – Event officially opened
9.50 – Carvers are piped into arena
10.00 – Carvers begin carving
12.00 – Lunch break for carvers and sponsors
1.00 – Carvers resume second carving session
3.15 – Complete carvings and break
3.30 – Carvings are judged
4.00 – Quick carving for 30 minutes – carvings sold for local benefit
4.30 – Auction of all carvings
